Small accounting firms are struggling. /LAB got to thinking about the idea of a new – future-proof – accountancy concept. We came up with an agency that was set up as a polyclinic with several customer-oriented services. /LAB approached the business strategy from the customer’s experience and how small firms can respond to that. Many accountants assume that the main product they deliver is annual financial statements. All attention is focused on that, but what if the customer needs a bimonthly insight into its financial status?
